Mercedes-Maybach debut S650 Cabriolet at 2016 LA Auto Show

Mercedes-Maybach S650 Cabriolet - with no roof people will better be able to see what it looks like to have a shit load of money

Now that’s a mouthful, Mercedes-Maybach S650 Cabriolet

This ultra-luxurious Cabriolet joins the Mercedes sub-brand along with the existing S600 and S600 Pullman. We teased it yesterday on our Facebook page and unsurprisingly you’d be hard-pressed to tell the difference between the existing S-Class Cabriolet and this, which isn’t necessary a bad thing. There are a handful of visual cues that hint at its specialness, some chrome detailing, massive wheels and tweaks of the interior that will ‘warrant’ the expectantly massive premium over its ‘lesser siblings’.  300 units are expected, we’re not sure how many will make it to SA shores. If our appetite for ludicrously expensive German cars is any indicator we should see one or two on the road by, say, Friday morning! And in other breaking news, a certain African dictators son has already had his one confiscated haha.
